Tune: Praise God from whom all blessings flow...
My soul is waiting on You, Lord, though hidden You are my reward, What I don´t see in all my mist, You see as if it does exist! (Rom. 4:17)
I rather to Your word will cling defying what the world may bring, and even when You hide Your face, I know before You is my case! (Job 35:14)
So gladly in my morning prayer I watch because I know You´re there, Your Spirit whispers to my ear, "Be patient, all your sighs I hear!"
So many names occur to me, though far away God all does see, before the Throne of grace we meet, and there in Christ we take our seat! (Eph. 2:6)
A precious friend is on the phone, together through its cords we groan, his business also is God´s case, in time of need He´s there with grace! (Hebr. 4:16)
Our frailties are surely there, they often painful are to bear, our age decay God still may use the gospel tidings to diffuse!
