A friend of mine gave his diseased wife, Eva (81), a beautiful, undying fame, buried shortly before Christmas.  She went for regular dialysis treatment 2-3 times a week which was pretty tough on her

But she was a bright, smiling witness for Christ handing out a charming  leaflet called “The heart book” which is a collection of key words from the Bible.  She brought with her an atmosphere of  love and radiated  the smile of Christ.  She´s one of those who “still speaks”  (Hebr. 11:4).

Because of frail kidneys that needed a regular rinsing out of blood  (whatever the correct word may be), but she learned to look at the hospital as her mission field.  Her smile will always be remembered.

This is the kind of Christmas story I found apt to share with you too.
