I was recently shocked at Obamas bold endorsement on the homosexual culture in elevated circles, including the nomination of the homosexual American ambassador to Denmark.  It wrings my heart to learn of such a depraved and shameless leadership that is supposed to set the pace for the rest of the world.  I have nothing to do over there anymore, I concluded.

Then I got the below an encouraging  report morning, and I again took heart.  “The common people heard Him gladly”, the New Testament says about the Lord, and “the common people” in the U.S., really 86%, still want the allegiant words, “under God”, in the old, honorable pledge.  I immediately changed my mind.  I do want to pay another visit to the States, the “common people” of which I love to mingle with in my own heavy accent.  I wish to thank those on the street, in Starbucks, at the mall, in the airport, within the walls of their churches, the beloved students,  etc. how pleased I am that “under God” is still a current topic.  This would encourage me to keep pointing to the Savior from sin which our people on both sides of the pond  so desperately need.

A thousand times, hail, America!  I´m, every inch of me, your most devoted friend!  I can´t wait to shake hands with you again!  God bless America!  God bless her faithful witnesses on the walls of Zion!

Yours for the cause of His kingdom to come,

Jørn
