There are in the U.S. only two parties.  The Democrats have gone bankrupt by accepting the abomination of homosexuality. Should the Republicans give just an inch to the homosexual idea, America has no moral foundation anymore being on the edge of the abyss.

Denmark, nay the whole of Europe, has already come that way.

And yet we believe that there are still on the walls of Zion a redeemed people, delivered from this “present evil world” (Gal. 1:4), who will stand up for God´s word and openly side with the crucified and glorified Lord Jesus Christ, so let us encourage one another not to yield ground.

The best “armed defense” is to take the offensive of the gospel which is never intended to be an exclusive church or platform affair, but is meant for the public.  May we by the grace of God be on that winning side, remembering, though, that we do not win in the world´s way, but by the way of the cross “as sheep for the slaughter”, and yet:  “In all these things we are more than conquerors through Him that loved us”, Rom. 8:36-37.

Burnt-out, worldly Christians that cry with the foolish, “Our lamps are gone out!” (Mt. 25:8) are more to blame than the unbelievers without oil.

As another, golden opportunity was spontaneously offered in our home party last night to present the simple, simple way of salvation to an inquiring, lost soul, it struck me again what our real business should be right now before “closing time”.  It´s not to be engaged in politics nor in any sort of a moral armament, but to preach the gospel of foolishness remembering the watchword, “Say it simple, say it often, and let it burn!”
