“Those who sow in tears will reap with songs of joy…”  (Ps. 126:5)

”You never know”, she said to me,
that missionary girl,
“a simple written tract could be
your precious gospel pearl!”

“You never know”, that stuck with me,
when I downhearted get,
a “casual” gospel word could be
that moment´s “fishing net”!

You never know how God will move,
His ways appear obscure,
so this and that don´t try to prove,
just sow the word of cure!

You never know whom you will meet
once in eternity,
a friend up yonder may you greet,
“Praise God, you spoke to me!”

“You never know”, I won´t forget
those words of comfort great,
they both my cheeks of tears make wet,
the words she spoke so straight!
