We, the friends of Israel,  welcome Romney´s statement to the effect, that Jerusalem is the capital of Israel and that the American embassy will be there and not in Tel Aviv (if what I´ve heard is true).

As a devoted Mormon, however, Mitt Romney also believes that Zion (in the Bible identical with Jerusalem) is the entire continent of America according to the insane teachings of Joseph Smith.  It´s very easy to read for yourself what the Mormons teach by consulting your “Google”.

It puzzled me when I was once invited to give my testimony to a local Mormon church.  I went provided  they gave me liberty to speak freely which I did.  There were some who listened, but soon one of their leaders wanted to start an argument with me, but I chose to thank them for their hospitality and the opportunity to speak, and then I left them.

But still we welcome the solemn assessment that Jerusalem – the whole of it! - is the capital of Israel.  Jerusalem is with the Lord´s own words called “the city of the great King” (Matt. 5:35) and His words have not been cancelled, but will be gloriously enforced when He one day takes over.

American leaders may make their promises to Israel.  They all mean well, but even America will be among the nations that will one day let Israel down.  “All nations of the earth are gathered against it.”  (Zech. 12:3).  But “the great King” has his blueprint ready.  His word has given us that knowledge, and His Spirit witnesses with our spirit that this is the kind of a King, we are serving with His gospel as our happy charter and Heaven´s last ultimatum to a lost world!

Indeed, it is with a royal Spirit we´re filled with all that goes with it!  If that is so, let´s show it!
