“To travel is to live”  (Hans Christian Andersen, writer of fairytales)

We went to a forest right through,
it looked like a jungle land, too.
The Indians went hunting right here,
But now we don´t have them to fear.

The Indians we see no more here,
they don´t paint their face nor their ear,
they peacefully live by themselves
at some reservation-like shelves.

The history just runs its course,
of course without any remorse,
the strength of the strongest is law,
with sadness we often it saw.

However how much we have fooled,
the grace of the Lord overruled,
Christ saves, and He sinners saves still,
for this is His loving good will!

The world and its pride pass away,
yet something we more have to say,
God´s love wants the lost ones to reach,
and therefore the gospel we preach!
