A teacher told the children this,
“Christ died, but rose again,
The vict´ry was completely His!”
The kids clapped, “Yes, Amen!”

And they ran out and said aloud,,
“Hey, He´s alive today!”
Of such a Savior they were proud,
to whom they ev´n could  pray!

The principal got very mad,
he at the teacher swore,
“What you just did was very bad,
don´t do it anymore!”

This story is no fairy tale,
it happened in my land,
however Jesus will prevail,
and for His cause we´ll stand!

And though my country Christ defies,
the Easter joy is there!
each soul that trusts Him never dies,
we boldly dare declare!

To put in order ev´rything
give access to your heart
Christ as your Savior and your King,
the happiest way to start!
